We want you to love your Willow's Loom piece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. Because each piece is handmade, we inspect all returns carefully.

To start a return, contact us through the form below with your order details and reason for return. Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
